Dear Vendor / Contractor,
 

When we desire one of the main Vendors / Contractor to subcontract, we confirm that you need to obtain written approval from the Head Sector Requester at the National Housing Company before completing the contracting process, and abide by what is stipulated in the terms of the contract concluded between the National Housing Company and the Vendor / Contractor.
Bearing in mind that This approval does not exempt the Vendor / Contractor from the responsibilities and obligations incurred by him under the contract, But rather remains responsible for any behavior, error, or negligence issued by any subcontractor, his agents, employees, or workers.
