Kindly note that NHC is setting a new process. In the case that you have an open Purchase order and it is past its due date, that Purchase order is considered freeze. By that NHC reliefs itself from any legal and financial liabilities towards expired Purchase Orders.
Make sure to deliver Goods/services on time, and in the case of an expected delay kindly notify the Requesting Department (Requester) was mentioned in the PO to extend the duration of the Purchase order and contract if needed.
