Service providers and contractors are qualified in two stages:

The first stage (Registration):
During this stage, the service provider must enter the information of the organization and complete the attachment of all requirements.

The second stage (Qualification and Questionnaire Response):
During the stage of the questionnaire response by the service provider. The questionnaire appears based on the goods and services selected during the registration stage. The service provider must answer the questionnaire questions and insert confirmation attachment for correct answers.
